I meant to make this last week for St. Patrick's day, but forgot. I had never made corned beef in the crock pot. It was a great recipe, and all four of us liked it a lot. I served it with rolls and baked apples. Easy as pie and the house smelled fabulous. I will say that it makes a lot-perfect for a larger family.
